Where are your goods made?

All of our products are skillfully crafted in the USA and designed in Denver.


What size should I order?

Our tees are form fitting to look their best on you. Our belts are handcrafted with five sizing holes instead of the normal three. This allows for extra comfort after a great meal. To determine your size measure around your natural waist at the height you prefer to wear your pants. For more detailed information on sizing for tees and belts, please check our size chart. If your purchase doesn't fit the way you like, we'll gladly exchange it or take it back within 30 days of delivery. How should I care for my tees?

Our tees are made from different fabrics. We select fabrics based on wear, fit, styling and maintenance. Like a relationship, you'll get out of your Smith tee what you put into it. All of our tees contain some percentage of cotton so you can machine wash on cold and hang dry for the best results and the least shrinkage. If you're in a hurry and need to throw it in the dryer, just make sure it's on low. We want the relationship with your tee to be a long and lasting one. When it does reach time to retire your tee we hope you will join us in donating it to a needy charity. See the product label for specific washing instructions. 


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Orders to U.S. destinations usually arrive within 5-7 business days. Orders to Canadian destinations usually arrive within 7-11 business days. For international shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order. 


How much will shipping cost?

Order as many items as you like. Shipping to U.S. destinations is a flat rate of $7.00. U.S. orders of $99 or more qualify for free shipping just enter code: FREEME at checkout. Shipping to Canadian destinations is a flat rate of $24.00. For international shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly welcome American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.


Is your store secure?

Yes, your confidential payment transaction is processed by Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.


What is your return policy?

If you return your item in original selling condition within 30 days of receipt, we will gladly issue you a refund (less shipping costs) or exchange the item, whichever you prefer. This means items mauled by pets, worn while showing off at the gym or washed in your bathtub do not qualify. If your item turns out to be defective or we screwed up and sent you the wrong thing, we will be truly embarrassed and ship your replacement at no charge. Acceptance of returns/exchanges are subject to approval upon arrival. Our service team can make the whole process simple. Just drop us an note at service@wearsmith.com.


Is Smith sold in stores?

Yes, visit our stockist page for more information. Items purchased in stores are subject to the return/exchange policy of the store. Smith sells to a select number of stockist. To inquire about carrying Smith in your own store, click here.
